Hi, I am Yu Qin

I am currently a Ph.D candidate at W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University, advised by Dr. Olivia Sheng and Dr. Paul Hu. Previously, I was a Ph.D. student at David Eccles School of Business, University of Utah from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining the University of Utah, I was honored to work with Dr. Wei Xu at School of Information, Renmin University of China, and Dr. Yi Yang at Business School, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology on various topics across Computer Science and Management Information Systems.

Currently, my research interests include multimodal computing, natural language processing, machine learning interpretation, and applications in management science. Please find more about my research on Research.
